I received an expensive Kybella treatment this summer 2022. I understood that this would possibly take two to three treatments.
Unfortunately doctor forgot to do a “before” photo? Huge bumber for the both of us. How are you supposed to see results if there is no before photo?
This treatment has a 4-week downtime, that’s a huge commitment in itself!
Doctor discourage me from doing another treatment because she/I didn’t see much progress, basically because there was no before photo? Why would I want to spend another $500-$1,000 if doctor didn’t see any results, basically because there was no BEFORE photo? What a waste of money. Very unimpressed. She told me to try CoolSculpting, a service that they don’t offer. I have worked in customer service my entire adult life, and this to me is terrible customer service… Especially for a small business.

I love Evole! Everyone is incredibly kind from the front office person to the aesthetician and clinicians. They are really invested in their clients and take pride in the care they provide. Unlike other mediclinics, I’ve never ever felt pressured to spend money on treatments. Their sole mission is to provide solutions to your concerns as opposed to trying to convince you that you need something you aren’t interested in. No gimmicks, no sales pitches, just great care!
This place is 10/10. All the staff treat you so well and they are so good at what they do. If you are considering getting any type of treatment done, you should go here! You will not be let down.
