  • Finally after 6-9 months – I am writing a review. Their sales staff – fantastic – quick to respond and answer questions – and even though they are pushing you for sales they are patient to take time to make sure your questions are answered. The actual service fantastic- zero complaints with the results. My issue is with their customer service at the clinic and getting an actual appointment and the time box window you have to actually get your service done. I have had 3 appointments canceled and then they try to reschedule weeks later adding more time – and they actually don’t try to help solving the situation and end up getting frustrated with you . I try to schedule my appt in advance so my hope is they would be able to internally fix a provider is not available vs rescheduling the whole appointment.

  • Awful corporate company. To pay for the full service and not receive my full amount of services is really frustrating. You have to make appointments well in advance and if you miss it or have to reschedule, they’re always booked out more months. I was unaware that I also had to get all my services done within that the certain timeframe so I just wasted a ton of money just to get 4 out of 10 services done. You’re also not reminded or told that you have x amount of services before your contract ends at your time of service. I paid for the lifetime touch up which almost ends up more expensive than what I paid per service. It’s wild. Never again.

  • This is my second time doing my Fillers and Botox with Jen, she is amazing I had zero pain, very professional and she cares about the details, overall everything things was excellent!

  • It was awesome. She was patient with me explaining the process and made me feel comfortable explaining my facial hair issues. I will definitely refer family and friends to Ideal Image

  • The virtual consultation did not meet my needs While virtual consultations offer they convenience and accessibility, they do not provide the same level of personalized attention and detailed information as an in-person consultation. It is important to have a thorough understanding of the procedure and its potential risks and benefits before making a decision, and an in-person consultation would have been a better solution for my concerns. Moreover, this option was not offered at anytime during the conversation.

  • It was good, the person who did it was very nice and understanding

  • I just went in for my first appointment yesterday. Karen was amazing!! She explained everything thoroughly and gave me realistic expectations! She has a similar medical history so she knows exactly where I’m coming from. I felt at ease and safe as they are medical professionals. I did laser hair removal on my face and some spots were more painful than others but definitely manageable without the numbing cream. I was very impressed with the staff and I will give an update on my last treatment.
