I went in a few weeks ago for an eyebrow maintenance. A new employee, Jennifer, was the one doing my eyebrows. I have had great success with all other employees in the past but not Jennifer. Jennifer told me that she has vision problems in the process of applying wax to my eyebrows!! That was scary to hear. Honestly, it felt as though she had never waxed a man’s eyebrows and did not have the proper training to do it. I have waited a few weeks to leave this review because I needed my emotions to calm down before I said too many angry things. My eyebrows were completely 100% butchered by Jennifer and I was in such shock when I looked in the mirror I didn’t know what to do and so I paid and left.
I returned about 15 minutes later and was not offered a refund but a good aesthetician, Olya, was able to slightly make it look better but I am still living for the next few months with messed up eyebrows. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to the spa. I should’ve immediately been offered a full refund upon returning but instead I not only paid my full price but I felt the need to provide the second excellent aesthetician, Olya, a $20 cash tip because she took her own time out to attempt to correct Jennifer’s mistakes.

My wife started going to Pelage earlier this year and has been raving about the superior service she has been receiving here. As she had another appointment yesterday, I decided to tag along and see what this was all about. While my wife was getting some work done on her brows, I found Pelage has a number of services catering to men as well. I decided on the spot to try a men’s facial, and even on the short notice, JoAnne was able to arrange for the technician Olya to meet with me.
Olya did a great job, and even a bit of waxing I had done wasn’t too painful. Overall the procedure was very pleasant and included a shoulder massage while the treatment sat on my face for a bit. I was very pleased with the results as was my wife. I can literally feel the difference in my skin even today, 24 hours later. I HIGHLY recommend JoAnne, Olya and the team of professionals at Pelage!
I travel a lot and any time I am in Issaquah I stop in for a microdermabrasion, peel, waxing, and Botox. As a professional person I need my face to represent the best for my company. I cannot say enough about the consistent staff who have provided my services. Thanks to Olya, Sepi, Reynette and Eileen.

Horrible experience! I had a peel done at this spa & my skin was blistered & I was in extreme pain. I visited the ER multiple times. The owner JoAnne agreed to pay my medical cost & I waited for months & still no payment. I will never return to this spa & will never recommend.
I’ve been going to Pellage for years to include when they were located in Gillman Village. About four years ago I hurt my back, called Pellage and they fit me in. The lady that helped me that day provided nothing short of a miracle. Stopped my insane lower back spasm.
I’ve been to Pellage for several services, today is about Karlen and another back issue that had been persisting for over five days. Karlen fit me right in, spent time both pre, during and post massage to help me get the most out of the experience and ensure longer term success with simple ways to move my back to help avoid future issues.
JoAnne, the business owner has never been short of amazing whether providing services herself or trying to learn more and be of help for services you’re there to see someone else for. Such a great place to heal, relax and be in great hands (pun intended)!

Do you want to feel better about your skin? I sure did! After years of dealing with sensitive skin and rosacea on my face, I finally found relief by getting facials with Sepi at Pelage Spa in Issaquah, WA. Her facials are rejuvenating and there was a noticeable difference in my skin immediately after my first one. Sepi is such a nice person, and her technique is the best I’ve ever had. I no longer have to use foundations on my skin to cover up my condition – I just apply a moisturizer and a sunblock and I’m done! Whatever your skin challenges are, I highly recommend Sepi and I’m confident she can help you correct them.
Would not recommend. No guarantees that hair will not come back even after three treatments. I went for 4 but when they would not honor my follow up treatment on the last one it made me realize that the hair will never be gone and they want you to continue paying for full treatments. I believe it would be a never ending expense. I was gone on a family emergency taking care of my 89 year old mom and they said I was gone too long between the treatment and the follow-up. Waste of money
Joanne is the best! She does an amazing job with my brow tattooing! I am an Esthetician and she is the only one I trust with my eyebrows! I receive compliments on them all the time. I will always come back! I can’t begin to explain the confidence I feel thanks to Joanne! ❤️
